Damn and Blast (of cold air)...

As the car is suffering a slight brake issue following ploughing into some wildlife, I thought I'd take the VFR this morning (bloody cold though) and had just about got ready when the belt buckle (plastic) snapped off from my leathers. Having no fabrics now I had to zip the trousers up then ride along with a cold blast of air heading where it really shouldn't have been...

I've lost a few of the rubber grips from the zips and velcro fasteners but they've not stopped the suit from doing up, but this was a pain. I've made a bodge fix with two big paperclips, ffolded twice over into a new belt loopand it seems to do the job, but can only test later on...

does anyone know of a leather reapirers who can stitch a new velcro belt loop fastener on? I don't want the thing coming apart, wires tearing up the leather or poking me in the belly etc.
