CBR 125 strange problem.

A mate came over with her cbr 125. Not been looked after at all over winter. Rusty all over, we do the usual, air filter, spark plug and engine oil.

Anyway, after replacing the tank and fairings. Turned the ignition on and this buzzing noise comes from one of the relays. Pop the fairing off again and it is a small black box.

Just to let you know, no.9 is the indicator relay.

Nothing worked on the bike, no indis, no headlight, no neutral light, no leccy start.

Bump started but I could tell it was running off the generator as the lights were flickering. Now, we left it running for 5-10 minutes and turned it off, it started straight up again off the button.

My question is this likely to happen again?
What is the small black box. It is sealed, completely as in its been dipped in molten plastic or something.

It was fine in the morning though just after us fiddling with tank and air filter etc. Checked all connections.

My mate had the same problem, i don't know what it's called but a flat battery causes it to click. It kind of clicks on when you turn the key but when there is low voltage it cant turn on so it clicks.

Thought so. I reckon we must have left the lights on or something and ran the battery down completely.
