Riding home from boxhil my coolant flooded out from my bike. Pulled over and we were trying to find where it came from. pulled into petty and filled up with water and rode home. kept it low revs AND the wind flowing. going to drain the system tomorrow befor we set off, but cant help wonder where it came from. It had bee layed down while on grass before. we set off, so could it have been to do with that? maby into the overflow?

just dont want to be happening tomorrow. Rolling Eyes Sad

help?

You say the bike had been layed down? I'd suspect the coolant came out of the overflow pipe which is situated on the right hand side of the bike (as you're sitting on it) just below the swingarm spindle plate (not sure of the correct term - but it's the thing that your footrest hanger bolts directly behind).

Hope this helps.
