My boy has just been given a Seven tubarro exhaust to replace the rusted one on his Typhoon 80, is it likely to need new jets? No other mods. If a new jet is needed, what are they and where do I get them?

Yes it will.

Get them from anywhere. Just search the carb name e.g. dellorto and the thread size, usually 5mm or 6mm.

Adrenalin Pedstop have them and so does ebay.
Size wise, I suggest you remove the current main jet and post on here so someone can work out for you what size you need to go to. Probably up by about 5-10??? Can't rememeber.

If you need some dellorto jets, 5mm I have 4 left. 80, 65, 73, 78

Finally got the carb off and its a 62 jet. Cleaned it all out and thought I'd give it a test run with the old exhaust on.

It dies on full throttle. Part throttle and it flies along just fine, gets up to 50 no problem. Open up the throttle and nothing, its like the ignition was turned off, no spluttering or stuttering, nothing. Go back to part throttle and it shoots off again.

Ummm, seems like a fuel problem to me. Guess I need to sort that out first.
