hi, im fitting my exhaust back onto the the nsr after a rebuild and the exhaust lines up to the footpeg bracket and also to the engine but in the middle i cant see where it goes,

It bolts to the stand bracket near the suspension.

ok so it seems that the bracket is actually snapped off, looks like im goin to have to weld a carrier for the exhaust on Rolling Eyes

There should be a rubber bush in that hole on the exhaust bracket. I had the same bracket snap off on mine, just get a new one of ebay. Mine was £6.
