The FZR 400 RR EXUP 1989

hi everyone.

was wondering if anybody has ever owned a 1989 fzr400rr??
if so...what is the bike like because i am on the verge of buying.

As i have passed my bike test i am now looking for something bigger than my NS125R-K lol and the one i have in mind has the restriction kit and in good nik.

so anybody like to tell me what sort of bike it is (brakes,power,handling,riding position etc?) would be greatfull

Another old 400, only one with a very boring power delivery more akin to a washing machine than an internal combustion engine. Look OK though and should handle wellif in good nick. Not in the slightest bit comfortable. If it's not extremely cheap and / or in concourse condition steer clear IMHO. A tired one will be a bottomless pit into which every spare coin is thrown.
