Hi,

Whats the easiest way to find out the different council tax bands of different areas of a city?

Go to the borough council websites. They've got sections about the council tax rates.
Remember that it's based on the value of the property in 1991.

Not all properties in each area will be the same band.
Its very much releated to each property. A local estate agent should be able to give you some idea.

Just found this on our councils web site.

Have a look at:

https://www.voa.gov.uk/cti/default.asp

You just need to select the billing authority etc... it can tell you a list of all the council tax banding in the street etc..
