Hi,
I have had my cagiva for just over a year now and was looking to change the engine to a 125cc. Does anyone know if the engine for 125 mito will fit in my cagiva elefant 50cc cosis? The frame looks big enough, Just wasnt sure about the fixings and also the radiator looks larger on the 125!!!

If anyone could help me on this matter or can put me in touch with someone who can i would be grateful.

Aaron

Anything is possible, but it really depends on how much time, money and experience you have.

The 125 block won't slot straight in without fabricating mounts and sorting out the potential width differences at the swing arm pivot.

The drive and swingarm brake mount brake mount are on the wrong side (easiest thing to do would be to flip the swingarm over and cut off and reweld any mounts).

Probably need major modifications to the wiring loom.

Radiator is probably the least of your worries, the unit on the Cagiva Mito is probably too efficient for this country.
