Right; firstly, sorry if it's a re-post, but I randomly found this playlist of videos by Andy Ibbot from CSS and to be honest, I thought they'd be very useful if you want to be smoother or quicken up your riding. The stuff mostly applies on the track, but I seem to have applied certain elements to my road riding and I feel more confident as a result. My mate's I ride will feel the same after watching the vids.

They cover stuff like corner entry, body positioning, throttle control etc; as well as certain myths.
