Honda NSR 125

Now that I have passed my unrestricted test my NSR is up for sale.
This is a 2000 W reg NSR 125. Its a UK model and is in good condition for its age.
The NSR is arguably the most reliable 2 stoke 125 you can buy, they don't tend to blow up every 500 miles like aprilla's and mito's do and parts are a hell of a lot cheaper and easier to source.
Because it was a UK bike, it was restricted to 12bhp, this is no longer the case and has had the exhaust sleeve and carb plate removed and re-jetted to bring it up to full power. more info on de-restriction can be found here https://www.nsr125.com/derestrict.htm

The bike has MOT until 22nd September 2009 and Tax until 01st June 2009.
The bike has covered 20k miles and has been very well looked after, since I've owned the bike I've covered about 500 miles, 250 miles ago I gave it a major service, this included, remove and de-carbon the power valve, head and barrel. Fitting new piston rings, gudgeon pin, small end barring and cir-clips. Base gasket, head gasket and water pump gasket. Renewed gearbox oil, coolant, folk oil and topped up with castrol TTS. All parts that where replaced were genuine Honda parts with invoices to prove. It also had a brand new Bosch battery and the previous owner had a brand new rear shock fitted, this, including the service cost over £250 in parts alone There is plenty of history with the bike, mainly from the last few years.

It has an aftermarket alarm fitted and has 2 sets of ignition keys.
For the bikes age it is in good condition, but does have some light scratches to the nose cone and exhaust, also has a some flakey paint on the wheels. Overall the bike is in very good condition for a 9 year old bike and is mechanically sound, tyres have plenty of life left in them and the brakes are spot on.

This bike pulls my 17 stone+ arse up to 95MPH on the motorway and is well capable of hitting a ton with a 9 stone 17 year old sitting on it, it will wipe the floor with ANY 4 stroke 125.

All you need to ride this bike is to be 17+ and take a CBT, then ride it on L plates.

You may notice that the tops of the "N's" in NSR is missing from the bike, these have been ordered from Honda and will be fitted in the next few days.

Thats enough of me crapping on, take a look at the pictures and come and have a look.

The bike is in Gosport, Hants, PO13. You can reach me any time on 07748703010.
I'm asking £1400 Ono, your more than welcome to come for a test ride if the asking price is in my hand, bin it and its yours.
