Can you adjust what happens when you fullscreen?

Basically, I use winamp and do the minimising at the top of the screen bizzo.

Is there anyway I can make it so whenever I click fullscreen on an application, it won't go behind winamp, just sit below it as if winamp is the top of the screen.

Using win xp pro.

Oh, and just as im posting on here, new chrome is nice but im getting some weird things happen. Even typing this message, I highlighted a bit and clicked delete and it copy and pasted it again???Weird.

In the menu (right click on the winamp main window) and look for "Always on top"

It is like that. I have tried unchecking and checking it again. Just covers the top bar of whatever else is open. I want to be able to close and minimise stuff without having to minimise winamp first.
