Yep as title the police are fitting these data-tags free of charge.
You just have to turn up at the wallsend branch (durham street,go round the back).
Open until 2pm today...
Got mine done this morning,it also brings your insurance sown 
Oooh i love free stuff me 
Get in quick while you can.First come first serve basis.

feck 2pm, i forgot the clocks have gone farward aswell, i live about 10 minutes away, tura!!!!
