1990 zxr 250 has a weird noise

hey guys need some help here...my zxr 250 is having a very disturbing sound even when idle and doesnt pick up the speed either,,the sound gets louder and louder in higher rpm's...it did'nt sound much at around 2500 rpm and after i did about 6000 rpm the sound worsened and now it is noisy as hell even when idle at 1000

Don't break the speed limit, Just multiply it by 10 times and you will be fine

Give us something to work with

Could be very simple, something small coming loose, number plate, loose mirror, just a case of listening round your bike when its running

Or your engine could be falling to bits

Yeah, I had an issue like that, horrible grating noise when revving. Had a bit of an ear about, and it turned out it was a piece of loose fairing. Definitely worth checking.
