Copyright issue?

In that somebody has been using my touring photos as their own and have been making money off them claiming them as his own , without permission.

I have all of the original unphotoshopped and unedited photos still on a memory card.

What do I do about it?.

Bearing in mind I'm going to be away in a one months time for a long period and don't have a ton of money for solicitors fees as most of my funds are being put to the big trip.


Any thoughts?
