I just went and bought:

1 pot of Birdseye Custard;
1 small portion of chips from the chippy.

Warmed up the custard and dipped the chips.


It tasted good. Everyone thinks i'm wierd

Meh, I'm sure stranger things have happened.

Feel a bit flu-ish and couldn't eat but could manage sweet things. Custard is sweet and chips are filling.

You have no idea how happy I was to get to Manchester and find the chippys with a menu beyond fish & chips and kebab houses that have tomato relish.

On thursday I had fish & chips with gravy & peas, it was awesome.

Chips and custard is wrong. However, I can heartily recommend Chicken McNuggets dunked in Mcdonalds apple pie. Discovered by accident while walking along with an apple pie and tub of bbq sauce in one hand, and chicken nuggets in the other (I worked there at the time, and this was what was left after we closed)
