Spent a few hours cleaning the 12 on Sunday. Pics havent come out all that great as my 18-55mm lense is knackered so had to take these from about 20 feet away with my 70-300mm tamron doh! Doesnt show just how shiny the paintwork is at all Sad

Basically gave it a wash, Autoglym polish followed by Meguirs wax, as well as a good dosing of WD40 and GT85 on the metal bits. Missed a few places which is annoying, but the bikes there to be ridden and will look a state in a couple of weeks anyway!

Comes up well for a 5 year old Kawasaki Very Happy Only mods so far are helibars. Got a Quill exhaust which should arrive tomorrow, and keeping an eye on a Corbin seat on ebay. Other than that, I'm planning on getting some clear or smoked indicators and an LED tail light then leaving well alone.

Nice.

But you do need something to brea all the green apart. White/blakc would be good.

I always find faired bikes have to have several or at least 2 colours. Or some sort of graphics yet nakeds look good being all one colour. Thinking (Probably because it's all broken up!)

Its something I've been thinking about. At the moment thats the stock paintjob, as it left the factory, just had the ninja and zx12r stickers removed.

Black wheels would probably make a big difference, although to be honest it looks less green in real life anyway, especially with me on it dressed in black Smile

Might have been worth keeping the ninja decal on it... Looking clean though...
