on my cousins laptop when she right clicks and chooses 'set as desktop backgorund' on an image she gets a message
Failed - internal error has occurred
or something along those lines (havent seen it personally yet) Any ideas guys? Btw, its a brand new laptop (dell inspiron 1525)

Just had another call of her, shes saying a window is coming up called windows error and she is recieving a message along the lines of *something* and text framework has stopped working - can check online for a solution (she has no internet access yet)
