tv problems, can hear other channels in the background

i have a samsung 40inch an i am finding that when watching sky connected to av1 rgb i can vaguely hear the last analogue channel i was watching.
i turned on the tv to channel zero (static) and went back onto sky and selected the guide so there was no sky sound and all i could hear is static . its not as loud as the channel i am watching but more like people whispering in the background.

i did a search and saw something about CC or capt button on the remote but i dont have one an this seems more like a techinical problem.

just to mention it used to do this on our sony wide that we had before this tv and i just assumed it was a tv fault, cant be the same thing with a brand new tv.

could this be a problem with scart cable?

also the volume of this background noise can vary from quite loud andbehind regular tv sound easily heard to so faint i have to turn the tv up full to hear it, but its always there.
