landing a jump wrong hurts!!!pic added

went motocrossing sunday on my cr250 was thrashing about hitting jumps no problem all day mate say lets have a quick 5 lap race then fekk off home .
so i thought fekk it im gonna go for it 1st lap 1st jump flat out 3rd gear was in the air for what seemed like ages must have got some major hight landed on front wheel over the bars landed on head and arms skinned both arms from shoulder to wrist minor head injury whip lash and broken foot
good day was had by all lol
on a posative note only damage to bike was front mudgaurd and bent gear leaver
