So how do you plan to be able to clear the outstanding finance on the bike? If he stops paying it, they will come looking for the bike, which is why no one will buy an NSR with HPI on it

Well if the bike is in your name the DVLA will do, as will loads of stuff, insurance, and loads of other stuff

So as soon as the V5 is transferred the finance company will be notified I expect. THey will then find the new owner, who will then come and see you with some nice big baseball bats because their new bike has just been taken away.

I suggest you get the finance sorted before hand.

Knob, if he decides not to pay it, it will fuck up your credit as well,
they could take court action and take the bike if you decide not to pay up.

No one will buy it until then, and also 11000 miles, that is quite a lot for a year old bike.
