Not that i can find.

I can just see the end of what looks like the cable to open it,so there must be a lever/lock somewhere to open the thing,but after about 20mins trying to figure it out i give up Laughing
Cant even find a workshop manual for it (edit: manual found thanks to hmmmnz) Crying or Very sad

If it's a non vtec model ie 98-01, on the left hand side of the bike, at the point where the tip of the exhaust would be on the other, there is a helmet lock operated with a key, unlock this, then feel behind and there is a small catch that you push down and pull the seat off backwards.
