What oil is recommended for sports 600s? Got two cbr 600s, one road one track. I'm thinking 10w40 semi synth, possibly morris lubricants brand. Is this ok if not what weight / brand would be better?

I always use semi-synthetic in my R6. I reckon fully synthetic is a waste unless you are going to be leaving it in for a long extended time period.
