If I Sit More Forward On The Bike They Dont Seem To Bad To Change, But As You Say I Think Gonna Take Some Getting Used To Not Like Me puma Hypersports They Are Really Comfy Like Slippers But Differant Style Bikes . |

The reason it feels easier when you sit more foward is that you can point your foot downwards a bit more, making it easier to get your foot under the lever.
Not sure how different the DR350 is from the DRZ400SM in terms of riding position/ped and lever positions but i have found myself sitting about 6-7 inches further foward and it has made it a lot easier changing gear (and i seem to be able to get more weight on the rear brake pedal). Not forgetting that it turns in A LOT better now  ____________________ It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, then it's bloody hilarious!!! |

Also, you should be sitting further forward on the bike than you would on a road bike.

I Appreciate the advise guys i can understand were your coming from with the sitting more forward on the bike just for the fact you can see a whole lot better too as well as getting my toes under the gear lever i,m not experianced enough for the brake pedal yet i havent been offroading yet ,as waiting for a friend to get some cash to purchase a bike then we,ll be looking for places to visit and get some practise ,no were local to us in birmingham.  |
