i don't live in the uk anymore , but i think this sort of shit is whats making the uk that little bit closer to the u.s.
its bollocks, suing everybody for anything,
accidents happen, i fixed the bike at minimal cost, and if i was worried about getting injured i wouldn't ride a bike and would live in a happy little bubble where nothing bad would ever happen

I got the first one too Obviously not a very good soliciter or he'd realise that with my two accidents involving other people, one was mostly my fault and more importantly I didnt get a plate for either of them.
