In the 125's, Bradley Smith has qualified 2nd! He was holding pole for the majority of the session and then his team mate just pipped him with a couple of decent laps. If Bradley can hold the speed and consistency he was showing in qualifying then he has a good chance of winning today.
The 250's I missed, I saw the start of their session and it was raining so they red flagged it.
In the GP, Stoner is of course on pole, with Rossi and Lorenzo also on the front row. Edwards got 6th and Toseland got 13th, amazingly that still puts him ahead of Pedrosa, Gibernau and Haden, although Hayden did have a major highside at the end of qualifying, which sadly, wasn't properly caught on camera.
Exciting times!
I reckon Stoner has got this one in the bag though, he's putting in good lap times consistantly. |
