Can anybody help me please or will the bottom casing fit either?

By casing i mean the bit that the generator cover bolts to,it's one piece and holds the water pump and selector shaft.

The engines are totally identical so they fit in eachothers frame and all casings and basic internals are identical too except obviously anything that was altered when they rebored it, ie cylinder head, pistons, possibly camshafts and crank etc.

What is the problem and what do you need as I have a complete non running 893 engine in a state of disassembly.

I've dropped it on the left hand side and chipped the casing that the generator bolts to so i need the casing off a 918 or an 893 to fix it,have you got this part and how much you want?
