I'm seriously considering getting a tattoo, I have always kinda wanted a sleve but have never seen anything I liked. I have been playing mirrors edge recently (Top Game BTW) and the main character in that has a really cool one, I'm considering getting something based on this design but am still not sure. I would like it to start at the shoulder and go down to mid forarm.

Opinions?

I also think it would be a good first one as it can easily be done in stages.

The only other one I was considering is based on a band t shirt I have, it has speakers sacked ontop of each other which goes from my left hip to mid way up my rib cage.

Cool, it's your skin and you're entitled to do whatever you like to it. I'm just negative as a lot of my mates have tattoo's of random shite that means absolutely f-all.

"Why do you have a bumble bee on your arse?" - "it was too cute" - "oh right"

etc

Maybe I'm just not cool enough.

Tattoos don't have to mean anything. None of mine do, I just like them, or they're great for picking up oriental poon.

In fact, they're pretty much all just tools for use in picking up oriental poon.

Some of mine mean something, some mean fuck all and just there to look good. The first one I got when I was 16 was a kanji tattoo for "King" as I joked at being full of myself, however I have since "fix'd" it up with my own artwork.
The lawnmower on pubes is so overdone it's not even funny.
