 |
|
Hi,
I have been looking for prices of a new brake disc for an 05 honda varadero on the internet and cannot find one for the life of me. The one which is on the bike is a sunstar disc but i cannot find a part number on it. Does anybody know roughly how much a new one would cost as i got a quote of £70 quid + £40 labour to replace mine, is this the going rate ? ____________________ 1st bike - chunlan starway 50QF4 (SOLD) 2nd bike - 92 Honda mtx125RW-L ( In my garage awaiting some TLC)
05 Honda xl125v Varadero stolen and recovered but now a write off!

Price you have been quoted sound pretty good. Most disks are around that price and £40 is about rignt for a hours labour. ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |

Many places do not charge for part of a hour, so it would be £40 if 60 mins or 5 mins work.
Also them disk bolts can be very hard to get off at the best of times. ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |
