How do you get the old one out? Do I need any special tool?

The bike is my trusty yammy sr125

Thanks

You need to get/make a brass "drift" to drive it out with a hammer. The drift should be a good fit inside the guide and slightly smaller than the outside diameter. Warm the head (in an oven is good) to around 100 degrees C. This will expand the ally head slightly and make the guide easier to knock out. It will also make fitting the new one easier. Tap the new one in with the drift carefully until it stops against the head.

Good luck, Pete.
