Its a Honda FMX 650 (Dominator engine.. used in the SLR etc).

And whats the difference between both?

Your has tappets.

It means ou can take the little caps off the top of the engine and set your valve clearences by un-doing the locknut and turning the screw till you get the right gap.

If you had shims it would mean you have to remove the shim and replace with a new one the correct size (which you would need a caliper gauge to measure...

It's a very simple job to do on your bike Thumbs Up
