You seem to have an awful lot of both time and money, and spend it living a life of excess !? (go karting, trial bikes, motocross, minitwins, insert numerous other pastimes that I have seen you post on)
I will ask again: What do you do for a job ?

Clay is really well set up, the most comprehensive and professional kart place I have been to!!
As for Clay in the wet, dunno, this was the first time I had been. Did you have 'wets' or just the same slicks?
This is my kart, but yes, they do hire some of the crappy honda 4-stroke ones!
As for 'how fast' .. depends on the kart doesn't it The GX160s that ar seen in many indoor places are prolly only good for 25-30mph. The twin engine 260s (520 in total I suppose) are almost as fast as my 115cc 2-stroke (depending on gearing 60-80mph). Rotax Max 125cc 2-strokes are prolly 80-90mph, then the 250gearbox, must be 120mph+??? dunno ...
Believe me, my 60-80mph kart seems fast enough when your bum is literally 2cm from the ground, the seat even scrapes at times!!!! ... but its the g-force when cornering that is the most impressive!! ____________________ The purpose of life is to fight maturity. |

You won't get fair with that, generally engines run much better on petrol than they do on aluminium.. |
