xr 125 l for ?1050 - worth it?

nearly 6000 miles on the clock; bit of oil leaking round the left stanchion; bit of superficial rust on the usual spots; mot till oct; 6 months tax; but runs sweet. Do you think this is worth £1050? That is with delivery too?

To be perfectly honest, you are better off buying an old CG125 without any problems, and using that till you pass your test, assuming thats why you want a 125.

Personally i really wouldnt want to spend more that £500 on a 125, but im not going to be using mine much anyway. My dads buying it when i pass the test and buy a hornet/bandit

And now im realising that due to it being past my bedtime, i didnt grasp the fact that the xr125 is a crosser

still, you can get a pretty decent one for much less.

I'd say you are better with the older xrs. And the fact its still pricey and has a wee bit work needing done would put me off.
