Nice, seems pretty expensive though. Assuming it was a 2009 RS125.

first proper ride out today, up the A13 to london, boy the thing shifts had a nice long straight where there wasnt a single car,
pushed it to 120 and thought i'd better take it easy until im fully used to it so dropped to 100, seemed a good cruising speed with no cars Very Happy

everything about it is just beautiful Mr. Green

theres a switch on the side however which seems completly non functional but tis bugging me, must be for something! Confused i'll have to take a pic of it to show someone who isn't a n00b like myself Laughing

Dude, one thing i can recommend. Get good quality crash bungs! Kawasaki's DON'T crash well taken from personal experience. Their engine casings are made from soft metal. Both me and hurricane hollis had the misfortune of having 15-25mph slides which resulted in the casings being totally holed. I think vee dropped his Z750 and it cracked the casing!

They're good bikes for british roads and are very comfortable over long distances! Enjoy it mate

yeah was looking on ebay for crash bungs but think i'd rather get them from a shop so i know they're not cheap ripp offs,

now for the switch thing i mentioned earlier, ive attached a picture of it, its just underneath the left handle bar and has seemingly no effect whatsoever

Could be for heated grips, or it could be for a 12V cigarette switch from under the seat whcih could be hooked up to a GPS or charger. Have a look under the seat or take the trim panel off and trace where the wires go to. You don't want ot have a switch that's permanently on without realising it.

Crash bungs, make sure they're the ones that bolt directly to the engine mounts since it's more rigid. Anything else is just there for show. R&G, I think BikeHPS also do some good ones, Woodcraft, I've got Motrax DHMs on mine and they've done the job at least twice at 10mph, and my bike looks unscathed.

I miss my ZX6R because it was such a fun and practical bike at the same time.
