[edit, I can't read]
Anyone interested in this? Tempted to book:
https://www.nolimitstrackdays.com/acatalog/Anglesey110709.html
It's the 'coastal circuit' which seems to be the best of them.

A way away, but novice is already booked up (however, if you want to book into novice, reckon it's probably worth asking about a 'reserve list').

Oops, never mind then as I'd be booking into fast.
Still a bit tired from yesterday, is my excuse.

I was thinking earlier, anyway, might look at one on a Friday or something and make a long weekend of it with some mountain biking thrown in for good measure.

It's not fair on the people in inters and it gets annoying/is less fun because there's no one to 'play' with.
I went in inters on my first trackday 'back' yesterday and it was about right for me - started off one of the slower ones, however by the end I was one of the fastest (started at the front and didn't get passed at all in the last session.) And this was with braking way too early and not being near a properly decent pace, as I was on the SV at points.

Glad to hear your finally back out there G!!

I done the same. After one track day in the last two years I booked one at brands (Mar 16th) in inters just to ease into it again. Glad i did as was actually very much an intermediate pace rider (not that there's anything wrong with that). Only on the last couple of sessions was i starting to NOT get passed. Done the second one at snet a week or so later and fairly similar situ, though they only had places in fast, but i was on the thou this time so thought what the hell. After arriving late as a bag of nerves, I spotted a few racer types I remembered and started to panic to the point where i actually asked myself if i should request to be dropped down a group - i didn't tho. To start off with, again not very impressive, tho after getting the suspension sorted by the bloke there things started to work better. Last session i only got passed by oli henderson and some crazy irish lad on an r6, who was backing it into russells like a pro, so i didn't feel too bad all in. Need to keep going now! Cool

G, I'm not sure you have access to the midlands section.

The link Mac posted, is because a few of us are already planning to go to the anglesey trackday on 11th july.

The current list is

Mac_Kaliba ~ [Rideout] [Trackday] [BOOKED]
beatnck2 ~ [Rideout] [Trackday] [BOOKED]
colin1 ~ [Rideout] [Trackday] [BOOKED]
salty21 ~ [Rideout] [Trackday][BOOKED]
jay81 ~ [Trackday] [BOOKED]
*Gaz ~ [Trackday] [BOOKED]
*Kenny ~ [Trackday] (definite?)
*My daaaad ~ [Rideout] (definite)
Ironhead-Tom ~ [Rideout](maybe)
*Andy ~ [Rideout] (maybe)

We are leaving the midlands on the thu 9th, and will be taking a leisurely route to anglesey, camping en route. Some are coming along for the rideout and not the trackday.

Camping at anglesey, and returning on Sunday.

I think most of us are novices, but I think gaz and jay are intermediates.

I do have access, so could read it.
No fast group places left on the Saturday, could be tempted to do the Sunday, still.
If I do, should be a space in the van, Wave Thumbs Up.

When I get a job I'll be looking at doing an Anglesey trackday on the ZXR 400, I only live in Bangor so it's close enough I can ride there. Will be this summer sometime hopefully.
