Hi folks,

I've got a 50ltr twin cyl electric compressor and it does the usual trick of charging to 115psi, then stopping. When it hits 80psi it kicks in again and starts charging.

This is not much use for sandblasting as I need to maintain it above 100psi... But if I turn my back whilst its charging, and let it get to 115 it cuts out, and I have to drain all the way down to 80 and wait for it to build up again!

Which means a good few minutes where it's no good for blasting.

I'd like to change it so it starts charging again as soon as pressure goes below 100psi.

Any ideas how I could do this?

Cheers,
Rich

On my compressor SIP, you have the red start and cut out switch yeah, take the plastic cover off it, then theres a bolt head, twist to the right for it to kick in higher up psi range, or oppisite for other way.

Might be there on yours.
will be in the manual for sure.

You need a reservoir tank to smooth out the pressure.
