Hi.

This is one of the few things about my biking lifestyle that I'm somewhat picky, fussy and clear about; my leathers. I have a leather jacket that fits me well, though I could be stretched to say I'd maybe like it a little tighter, but I'm happy with it.
But the most important aspect of kitting up for me is that I need some leather trousers. I have a clear idea in my head, though.
I don't want them high up around my waist, I want them around my hips if possible or somewhere near there, and I want them tight fitting yet comfortable enough and not with too much padding and/or armor as I'd plan to wear them all day anytime I wear them.
As I go to college, and will do on my bike, I'd prefer to have leathers thin enough that I don't overheat and lightweight enough that I can go about my work wearing them easily, yet something there to give me some protection.
Picky, maybe?

Any ideas or websites or shops you could recommend that do good leathers and/or anything like I have in mind?

I couldnt really tell you anything else other than look in the usual places, HG, J&S, etc.
But as an alternative would you consider wearing the kevlar jeans, they would be more comfortable for all day use and still offer good protection without any excess padding Thumbs Up
