Hi there,
I have a big bike but have picked up a Aerox to play with, thought I'd post this problem incase someone can help,

Basically got a 53 plate aerox,it has an airsal barrel not sure if it's 50 or 70 the previous owner thinks it's a 70 but can't see it stamped on there,it had not been rejetted,k&n stlye filter,4.7 gram rollers.it's been stood for a good year, did the usual fuel change etc and got it running but it bogs down when you accelerate,
I put a 85 jet from a 100cc in it and it ran better but not great so I go new jets,90-102 and tried them found it ran best with 94.

The bike was running ok and I rode it around short distances round the block, then it started bogging down if rode for more than 5 mins losing power and not able to accelerate faster than 15 mph and sounding rough.

I took the pipe off and it ran good,(it had a standard).
I put a sport pipe on it and it ran ok with a 90 jet in it slightly bogging on pull away, again it was running ok up and down the road after 5 mins riding did the same bogging down no acceleration top end of 20mph,pulled over now won't pull away and sounds rough.

I have read another topic regarding rejetting and it says that the main jet only works from 3/4 to full throttle,as my short test rides were round the block at full throttle is it possible that once out on a longer run and encountering traffic when speeds drop and throttle is not fully open its the idle jet which is causing this problem? and if so does anyone know a rough guide to match idle jet size with main??

All the best guys,thanks
