gilera dna 50cc pipe snapped near water pump urgent!

i accidently snapped the little pipe coming off this joint pipe as you can see if u click the link its sticking up and i now need to replace the whole thing or my bike will overheat as the coolant is pouring out it fits near the water pump area.

that is the pipe i need to change but how would i do it, or how much would a garage charge to do it for me. thanks
