Everyone in the house has met through the house so it's a good atmosphere for someone wanting to move to Birmingham and meet some new people.

The price is £350 a month, this is inclusive of bills. It's 5 minutes walk from Harborne High St and 10-15 mins from the City Centre on the bus. It has a large back garden, off road parking and garage space available for a bike. Virgin cable and wireless internet. The room has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. It may also have a computer desk dependant on whether that is taken when the tenant moves out. Absolutly huge loft space available for storage of stuff.
