I got a really good quote on my insurance and bought the policy from a certain well known broker.

When the paper work came through they had missed off the fact that I have 6 points!

Called them and told them, and asked if my my premium goes up by much, the responce I got was a sharp intake of breath and "a Yeah, kind of"

Anyway I started complaining and said I definately told them about these points. He said he would check the phone call that I made (they're recorded) and see. He checked the call and said yes I did declare the points and my premium would remain the same.

Cheap insurance FTW.

Over here they dont even ask you to show your licence, most lie and say they dont have points. And they know this. They know here you will go elsewhere to someone that dosnt ask for proof and pay cheaper. I have no points but my insurance this year was a bit dear at £72 for my new bike
