Hi, just testing the waters with regard to interest for a run down the runway at my work and for ideas. It's 9000ft give or take, so I figure a mile should be safe enough for a run.

Arrow In our extreme location (Lossiemouth), would people be interested?
Arrow How much would you be willing to pay (all proceeds after costs go to help for heroes),
Arrow Would you happy that you'd have to provide 2 forms of ID just to get to see the runway.
Arrow Would you rather have one at a time, or in pairs?
Arrow Would you care about having a radar gun for speeds?
Arrow Other device instead of radar gun?
Arrow Would you be happy with cars as well?

Let me know thoughts, especially those who have done this sort of thing before.

What location? Sorry, I might have missed something..

If it's local to me, I'd probably be up for it. Not sure how much I'd pay though. Knowing anything over costs goes to charity is a plus. and the radar gun would be a definate plus!

As for cars. I think it's a good idea to have them - However, bike only days would be cool. Obviously it'd be a smaller event, but could have more bike specific stuff.

A top speed run day without a gun to confirm your top speed would be silly, so a gun is required.

Running in pairs would be the norm. Car would be fine.

Not sure how much I'd pay. Two forms of ID is maybe a tad much, I think a driving license should be sufficient.. I wouldn't bring along my passport or bank statement.

MOD Rules for the ID I'm afraid. I figured it'd probably put people off.
