i had a small accident with my nsr125 at about 20mph ,basically the bike slid on its side into a van and the seat hit his front wheel(the van was stationary by the time the bike hit it)

anyway ive had a look at the bike and the smaller mini steel frame which the seat fits to is very slightly bent, what i want to know is is it likley that the main frame (cast ally) is bent? if so how can i check it?

the main important part of the frame dosent look bent, cant see why it would be but i wanna make sure

a diagram to explain better, i wanna make sure that the big main frame(in dark grey) isnt bent

I'm loving the diagram lol,

If the end of the 'fairly' delicate (read thin) subframe at the end is bent, check the join between it and the main frame and check for any twists or bends, i can't imagine it bending from a 20mph off really.

incredible paint drawing lol, the red bit is your rear subframe you get a new 1 for a few quid off eBay and bolt it on.

You would be unlucky to have bent the main frame from such a slow spill but stranger things have happend.
