You need a valid CBT to ride legally on the roads *
They only last 2 years
They arent on any computer system anywhere, so insurance companies just believe that you have one
If you get stopped by the police you are riding without a license, which means they can jump up and down on you repeatedly. And will likely take your bike off you
£100 gets you a new cert.
* There are a few exceptions, but i am not 100% on what they are, something to do with when you got your full car license, but it is over 10 years ago i think. ____________________ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CBT Passed 18th July 2007 : Previous Bikes> CG125 : Current Bike> Hornet 600 : PASSED DAS 30th Oct 2007

Yep. CBT lasts for 2 years then I believe it has to be repeated.
Or you can go for your full test in the meantime
