Sourcing Arai parts?

I've broken the chin vent on my Astro-R and need to get a new one. I ordered (and paid for) one with my local Hein Gericke who have now informed me that they cannot get one from UK distribution until August.

At the moment I'm using a piece of duct tape with some teeth drawn on it and it's not great to be honest.

Anyone used a reliable online supplier for Arai parts?

E Mail Phoenix distribution directly, as they are the sole UK importer for Arai.

Thanks for the heads-up. Thumbs Up Been in touch with them today and they have one on their event truck and the person I spoke to is going to try and get that one for me.

Ring up Clinton at Metropolis Motorcycles; tell him that Titot told you that you're good at sourcing parts, and he'll order and dispatch it. That said, most arai 5 star dealers deal directly with Phoenix so you kinda expect the same service.

Got my arai side pod from him with free delivery and he's pretty good.

If you're based in London, i'd go there.

Sharon @ Phoenix phoned me to say they couldn't get me the blue vent I need until August however she was sending me a black vent today free of charge to make do until then.

What an excellent level of service. Cool
