Spent the morning going around a huge car boot sale frying my spam, had a most excellent lunch at the George Inn in Fordingbridge (can thoroughly recommend the crispy duck dumplings with hoi sin sauce, and the steak, port and stilton pie), then spent the rest of the afternoon driving around the New Forest in my sister's M3 convertible, talking to the donkeys and ponies.

I hope you told them to get off the bloody road and stop being annoying? There are 3 donkeys in Beaulieu that I swear wait for me before deciding to stand in the middle of the road for an hour or so.
Lovely weekend to be out in the New Forest though, I love this area at this time of year, not a patch on Cornwall but not bad.
