Ignition* - When I bought the bike, the previous owner told me that the engine doesnt switch off unless you hit the kill switch, use the side stand cut out or have the bike in full lock... I didnt think anything of it at the time as I didn't know any better... after spotting this yesterday, am I right to assume that someone may have tried to steal the bike? It looks like the plastic under the ignition has been ripped off leaving jagged plastic and the wires showing...

Tank**
Again the previous owner! He tried the replace the old tank protector and it took away alot of the paint on the tank so he masked up the tank and sprayed some sort of matt paint on it and used a smaller CBR tank protector. He told me this before I bought the bike.

Right Brake Fairing***
This happened when I was trying to take the fairing off. The bolt wouldnt budge at the time and the head of the bolt (which had a hex key structure to it) had worn down completely so I decided to use my 'initiative' and drill it out... what resulted was the fairing melting around it as it heated up and now Im left with a void too big to fill!

As you can see, there's alot of work to be done on the fairing. Especially the left hand side - the previous owner told me he dropped it. The only thing I can say I've honestly done it the Right Brake Fairing and added more the the scuffs on the mirrors from wheeling it in and out of the front gateway... I have no idea where that scratch on the right side came from!

All in all, apart from the bout of starting problems I had before which has now been fixed and after the full service... she runs great!

All the issues are purely cosmetic and only a small amount of it was actually me, I was so eager to buy the bike that I more or less just handed over £800 and went home! If I'd have spotted these when I was viewing I would have paid a little less I reckon...
