I create a zip (passworded) folder with some Back up files in
I cant remember the password! 
What can i do?

Brute force is probably the best way to go if the password is simple and in the dictionary. If it has numbers AND letters it starts to get a bit harder.
I'd say just write a list of the passwords you've used over the past few years and give them a go one by one.  |

Thanks for the help guys
My passwords usually contain '#' & '1' which i can see being a bitch.
The few ive tried work for 4 letter passwords and only dictionary.
They are videos from my old mobile phone, some id really like to see again.

Why should someone else do the work, when usually a trip to google will have the answer in less time, than it takes to post....
Simply type the phrase needed in and you get 100,000+ answers with the top one being a nice site explaining how, and where to get what you need  |
Lol @ do the work, it's not like he's asking him to shift a pile of bricks up a ladder. Since he's obviously got experience with such software, maybe he could narrow down the choices to the best ones to save the other guy wasting time. It's quite common to have to ignore even the first page of results that google produces when searching for something of a particular genre, so to speak.

LOL @ Ghostrider...
I know google gives me results but if im wasting time with 4-5 programs which only try and crack 4 letters words then i end up with a desktop full of shite and programs i dont need.
Who can help me crack this zip?
