Hi

I need one. Can't really afford to have it massively bulky because my leathers are tight.

Cheers. Thumbs Up

I'd recommend a Forcefield one - solely for the reason that there's one up for grabs in my 'Everything must go' sale.

Thumbs Up

Very low profile and comfy Thumbs Up

Go on, you know you want to - if only to lick the remnants of my back sweat from it.
Actually, thinking about it, that's probably the worstest bit of sales technique of ever.

Forcefield for me, not tried any other to be honest though. Mine is so comfy, I forget I'm wearing it sometimes. Ride best buy when I bought it, I've removed all the silly bits of soft foam from my jackets, don't know how much they would protect me, not much I suspect.

You need to be aware, there are different lengths available, make sure you get one that's long enough.

Another vote for the ForceField L2.

Never used it in anger but it feels really good, bought it from sounddistribution.co.uk

Knox Fastback Gilet for me too!

I tried EVERYTHING from alpinestars bionic, knox contour, knox aegis, ricochet etc.

I think the contour gilet is the same concept but has a better insert.

I'm on the right with the knox fastback gilet and my mate's in the main sequence with his dainese wave. Both of them are very comfortable in the race tuck. BOTH are barely visible and unnoticeable when on the move. Swings and roundabouts really. I got my fastback for £40 as a "favour from a long-lost mate", so he gave me a major discount on it.

My only suggestion is to take your leathers to the shop with you when you try it on.

About 6 inches proud, but a lot less when flaccid.
(Who am i kidding? It's more like a 2nd bellybutton at the best of times)

Want me to measure the back protector too?
