Hellloo there folks

Looking for some helpful people to point me in the right direction to Laws or the rules on carrying a pillion passenger. Is there a website i can look at?
Or could you lovelies tell me Smile

I am led to believe learners cannot carry pillion, so can you, once you have passed your test?

Much thanks -(a non biker as yet)

This site explains it all, and appears to be up-to-date.
