NSRs are piss easy to bump start, and will run without any electrics at all (not sure if that will cause any damage though).

Yeah they bump start nicely. Your battery could just be worn out so you may need a new one, any idea how old it is?

yeah it's sorted now is the battery !
It was just totally dry, dint have hardly any distilled water in !
So just refilled it, and recharged, works like a dream ! Very Happy
I think the battery is like 7 years old, but this NSR iv got has neva been used, so prob was a bit worn.

Thumbs Up

Batteries rarely last more than 4 or 5 years anyhow.
If it needed a lot of water it will be on it's last legs even if it seems to have recovered for now.
Time to brush up on the bump start technique or you will be stuck somewhere!
Replacements aren't *that* expensive.

You might have an electrical short if it suddenly lost charge in next to no time.
